Hello, Looking to have someone help me complete permit application drawings for a walk out bungalow. I have the plan and layout roughly completed, however I lack the skill, time, and patience to polish them off. I will need help tidying the plan up, showing detailed cross sections, plotting grade, and showing elevations. Please let me know your hourly rate (Or full project quote if you prefer), and lead-time I cant seem to upload the file due to size. Good morning, The township is requesting exterior renders for an interior project that I foolishly am attempting to submit drawings for. The dropped loft is giving me troubles and I do not have the time to sort it out. Looking to hire someone to get my drawings to match the existing house. My only concern is the exterior renders, I'll share the complete file and existing house photos upon request. There is a gable on the left side as well that is giving me issues.
