  1. It was a duplicated wall legend, including one that was on the second floor intersecting with the garage.
  2. There are three spots in my plan where framing members (studs, plates and fire block) are being generated in odd patterns, with no perceivable reason for them. I've tried enabling all layers and selecting in these areas, two of the three are several feet outside the house with nothing else there. Has anyone ever seen this before and could shed some light on what artifact or sloppy configuration I probably left behind to cause these to appear? If I delete them and then rebuild the framing they always come back. There's something odd about the way they are placed. I don't know how I'd even create these if I wanted to so it leaves me without a clue what to look for.
  3. (first question here ever, I've spent hours searching for an answer) I want to align studs on an exterior wall so that the first stud out from a corner is cemtered a specific distance from the corner (e.g. 18¼" out), with the rest of the studs 24" O. C. from the first. This is so that the exterior sheathing (a custom 4 × 4 Hardie + EZTrim design) has perfectly spaced studs for nails to hit. I'd rather not have to manually move every one of them. Is there a way to set this up and let the auto-framing take over? Basically something that would emulate "start auto-framing this wall here with this first stud exactly in this spot then do your automated thing 24" for the rest."
