This is for a non-profit organization, so our budget is tight. We are buying a large piece of land and need a rendering that shows where we will build small cabins. This project requires a rendering (using Google Earth, etc. as starting point) and images that we can use in the pitch deck for donors. The property is 2083 Clem Road Ext, Rockwall, Tx 75087. It's the 61.1 acres that is shaped like a sideways horseshoe. It does NOT include the castle (yes, there's a real castle next door). It's okay to reference the castle in the design because I want to buy that as well. The cabins should have the aesthetic similar to those seen at liveoaklake.com. Practically, though, we'll probably use something like boxabl casitas. The non-profit is intended to serve as transitional housing for families fleeing domestic violence, so the homes need to be secluded, safe, but feel like home. My long-term vision includes building a lazy river moat around the castle and a perimeter medieval-style stone wall around the entire community. The numbered circles represent phases. The cabins will be in the wooded area. Phase 1 and 2 combined should fit about 20-30 cabins. Walking trails around the property (and from cabin to cabin would be useful). The cabins should be a mixture of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom cabins, but all single story and smallish. General placement wherever you think makes sense for flow is good enough for now. Basically, I expect there to be a walking path carved throughout the land that winds through the woods with separate driveways to each cabin. Fitting 20-30 homesites in the section labeled 1 and 2 should be the goal.
