I'm new to this Chief and Its been asking for the activation code every few times I open it so at lest once a day. Is that normal? I only use one laptop to work on it but now it's giving me this. Not sure if this software is the right one for me. I feel like I spend half the time troubleshooting instead of designing.

Thank you for your replies, but that is exactly how I tried doing it and it always shows up flat on the design. I even started a completely new plan and still the same outcome. I'm using a MacBook Pro. Not sure if that is the problem.

The dishwasher shows up flat at the wall no matter what I have tried. Please help. I've watched all the videos and tried everything they say, does not work
