Yeah the original builder who designed it dont care at all. He even said take the plans and sell them to someone else if I wanted to under our company name and whatnot.

I have a custom home blueprint purchased by a client that needs extensive sheets added. Overall may as well redo the plan completely using the chief architect software. We could do it but arent experts at it and the client is on a tight timeline. Could yall recommend someone (Architect or designer with expert certificaiton from Chief) that is licensed / works in the South Carolina area? I appreciate it!
