Nvm, fixed it. So I decided to paint the door with glass to see what happened. Only the bottom wall and where the door was became see through causing only the interior drywall to be seen. Which told me the default wall height wasn't selected on the 1st floor wall. Went into wall DBX and clicked that and now it's all good.

I have a feeling that this is being caused by some weird setting that the original creator of this wall type/ plan did, but for troubleshooting and learning purposes I'd like to figure out what's causing this instead of starting over with a new plan. See the exterior wall is going through my glass door. Only does it on second floor.
