We have plans for a remodel and need to modify them. Looking for an experienced architect to modify existing plans including, raising roofline, changing/modifying exterior. Our previous architect moved to Tennessee. I have Home Designer Pro but we need someone who can get this done. We have all CAD files. Thank you, Teressa

We have current plans for a remodel and are looking to modify the style on the exterior and raise the roofline 10-12 inches. Was previously approved by city and has expired. Floor plan is not changing.

Hello, We have existing plans and would like to modify them to a modern farmhouse design. May require some roof changes and design elements exterior and possibly interior. We have CAD design that opens in Home designer Pro and Chief Architect.
