Although CA5 interpret and works dimensions in arabic figures,CA10 doesn't??

Although I have arabic fonts in windows 10 x64 CA v10 does not read arabic numbers, Meanwhile CA V5 reads them with the same criteria?

Although I have Win 10 x64 With Arabic system, CA 10 Doesn't interpret Arabic font in Measurements in Arabic.
Meanwhile CA 5 Interpret the Arabic Font in measurement correctly.Check attachment.
Please help?
