I realize this topic has been broached prior but the discussions did not solve this problem. Active Layer Display Options will not display in side window. I have tried to access (check it to turn on display) it from View/Active Layer Display Options and from the ALDO button located on my current toolbar. The ALDO button displays a 'check mark' like the Library & Project Browser display buttons but does not display when checked. Library & Project Browser side bars are being displayed properly when their display buttons are checked. Tried reseting Side Window Drag Docking in Preferences to no avail. Also tried to remove and replace ALDO button on toolbar. Finally tried to open new and past plans. Did not work there either.
