I run a remodeling and custom home building business in Houston, TX. Typical client projects include room additions, attic build-outs, kitchen and bath remodels, patio covers, and other general remodels. We're interested in trying to outsource a lot of our floorplan drawing work. Typical needs are
1. Converting site visit sketches to chief architect floorplans
2. Creating custom floorplans for customers and then modifying those floor plans.
3. Creating layouts with the floorplans for permitting.
4. Exporting drawings to CAD format to send to engineering
5. Creating elevation views and 3D walkthroughs
6. Drawing As Built Floorplans, Demo Plans, and Proposed Floor Plans
7. Drawings with adjacent floors at different elevations
Availability and rapid turnaround are important.
This is not a full-time amount of work, but we do see it being a steady and consistent amount, rather than one-off projects.
