Has anyone encountered this issue with X16? I've never run into an issue before with screen sharing during virtual meetings, but today my laptop screen would go black without warning, and my clients could still see me + my screen share. I would have to force restart and rejoin the meeting. I had X15 before with no issue, but I was also able to use a wireless mouse with that. Now for some reason, X16 I can't use a wireless mouse (had to get a wired one which is no biggie) but now this issue. Is this a copyright issue or something? I was going to chat with IT but thought I'd check here first if someone has encountered this.
