I'm trying to design a house that is 10ft off the ground due to being in a flood zone. (Though it will have an "outdoor space" under it.) I want to use a "Pier and beam" setup similar to whats used in Florida and swampy regions. Right now I try to use to use "Grade beams on piers" but it's attempting to use concrete instead of wood, and it doesn't have anything showing the connection methods. Is there any option available for this type of foundation?
