  1. I've got a 3-car garage plan that is nearly complete. I'm stuck a little bit on the slab with footers, regarding slab height, and whether the block pony wall overlaps the slab. I'm also not finished with wall section view. I just don't know what is customary. I've presented my intentions pretty well in the plan. Wonding if someone can take a look at my plan and come back to me with a quote that will get it finished, and ready to be presented for approvals and bids. I also cannot get the framing views to show the pony block walls below down to the slab, no matter what I do. I don't need a truss plan, as the builder will get the truss company to engineer that. It's in Home Designer Pro 2024. the Home Designer website took me here when I clicked on services. I understand this will import into Chief Architect. I did post a similar email once before, but the gentleman who responded, for whatever reason we were unable to reconnect. Electrical plans apparently are not required. Thank you. 2. I'm using Home Designer Pro 2024 and have put so much time into this garage plan. I'm trying to get the views saved and put to a layout to submit to the county for approval and my builder for a price. I'm hung up on displaying a wall section, as it seems that the only thing that displays with any of the orthogonal clips are the framing. I have built a stem foundation consisting of a footer and three courses of 8" wide CMU with a 4" slab. Then on top of the stem wall I have a pony wall 36" high, consisting of 6" wide CMW with brick facing. On top of that I have the framing. The only thing that shows up in any elevation is the framing. I don't see any cross section of anything below the framing, no pony wall, and no stem wall. I have turned on Foundation in the display layer options. I have default set to display in plan view. What am I missing? I keep coming back and struggling with this and am stuck. Thank you. Mike
