My building is 3' from the property line and overhang will be 12" (or less if need be). Eaves and wall need to be 1-hour fire-rated. 1. Can we use a gutter on the facia? If so, do I make my overhang less than 12" to accomodate gutter depth? 2. Are these examples of 1-hour fire-rating eaves and walls still accurate to 2022 code requiremetns?
