  1. I am new so patience please. I have a design that needs an elevated gable (see picture) and I have no idea how to get to the end result needed. I looked through the videos on Chief and didn't find any that dealt with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  2. New to Chief. I used Softplan for decades and trying Chief. One tool I used constantly was to select a group of walls then moving them as a group. This would accomplish things like taking 2 feet out of the center of a house to cut SF but keeping rooms on the end intact. How can this be done in Chief?
  3. That should do it. I am new to Chief (I tried it about four months ago but just struggled hard with it, been a Softplan user since early 2000's). I REALLY want to switch to Chief because of the libraries and our interrio designer does all her renderings in Chief, they look really good.
  4. We need dimensions from the outside surface of the subsiding as a default. We also need the foundation to be in line with the outside of the subsiding. Is there a way to set these two as defaults?
