When I build a porch, I want the break line of my siding-4 and brick-4 walls to be at the outside edge of the railing wall instead of in the middle, like shown in the pictures. Any solutions?

Does anyone know why Auto build Roof would build the roof this way with odd-angled ridges and valleys? And how can I fix, other than manually adjusting planes? Thank you,

I have a plat and specific lot boundary (4 sides) that I want to replicate. I want 3 of the 4 sides to be straight lines, not angled. So, it seems I need to adjust the north pointer to show the correct bearings but can’t get precise enough. How do I keep the 3 boundary lines square but show exactly the same bearings as on the plat. Lot 16 is the one I’m re-creating.
