Never mind. I had to change all the furred walls in the basement to actual furred walls then it fixe it. Thanks for the help!

Defaults all seem to be set correctly. I've attached the plan file if someone can figure this out. Or I can try contacting CA support. I guess the file is too big to attach so here's a link to it.

Thank you for the reply! Yes, it does show that in the screenshot. After I change all those values to what they are supposed to be everything looks correct and good. However, if I do anything in the file it all reverts back to these same settings with that same weird thing. I can't find what is causing this to happen.

This weird foundation outline keeps coming back and I don't know why. Any help would be greatly appreciated. When I click on it, it says it's a room. In the specifications it shows this And this is structure. After I change all the values to what it's supposed to be it looks right but then as soon as I do anything in the file it reverts back to these same settings. Any ideas? Chief Architect Premier X16

I created a plot plan using the plan footprint tool. I drew all the property boundaries and setbacks. However, I saved and closed the plan before sending the plot plan to the layout. How do I find that plan footprint again? If I click the tool it just creates a new plan footprint 2, 3, 4, etc. I want to find the plan footprint 1 that I created originally. Thanks for any help.
