I just exported the plan in its current view, please excuse my lack of knowledge, I just started with the program less than a month ago. Fitzgerald.dwg

I am building a garage addition to a ranch style home, the garage will be backset from the home 10' and will extend past the back 10'. I can't for the life of me get the fascia to accept in the areas that the two ridge/gables meet. I've tried to change where the roof lines meet the sheathing and tried a few other things but seem to only make it worse. Any help would be appreciated!Untitled 1.pdf

I have a contractor that is having troubles opening files no matter what format I put them in. This firm has worked with us in the past and has opened plans previously; I have also sent plans to other customers/contractors and had no issues. I am new to the program and I am running x10. Any help is much appreciated!!

Hello, I just recently gained access to x10 through work, I'm pretty new to the program and I am having troubles creating a loft over an office in a 16' tall garage, any tips or tricks would be appreciated!
