Thanks. I did purchase these plans and I intend to follow the conditions for use. 

I have a design from a home design website.  I would like to get a chief architect version of the design.  I use Chief myself, but I am not an expert.  I would like to be able to play around with the design after it is made and look at 3d results of my changes.  The project is a 3 car garage with a small living area.  I am in Indiana, but I don't think proximity is important for this work.
