  1. Hello, we are currently working on a kitchen remodel project in Chief and have completed the 3-d images, but do not at this time have the correct graphics card in our computer to create photorealistic images. Is there anyone in our community that would be able to take our CA file and convert it into photorealistic images. Compensation commensurate with hours needed for task. We are in the US in the PST time zone.
  2. Thank you! I found a couple videos on reference plans and got what I needed!
  3. Hi there! I am looking to layer my as-built plan under my proposed or new plan in a way that I can easily toggle the layers on and off to show a client. When I tried to do this (put as-built plan on a different layer and pasted onto new plans) the walls overlapped oddly and created new rooms based on the new walls in the new plans. Is there a way to do this? In CAD I was able to toggle layers on and off, but of course those were lines and not walls like they are in Chief. Thanks! Using Chief Architect Premiere x16.
  4. We have recently been wanting to do more with the physically based rendering, but the graphics card in my computer isn't capable of what we want. It's a pretty big investment to spend another several thousand on a computer when this one is still new. I'm curious about the Pro's and Con's of outsourcing the rendering, vs investing in a new computer? Or does anyone have suggestions on how they navigate the continued expense of the swiftly changing tech scene with not overconsuming/overspending on computers?
