I am currently remodeling a 1896 1/2 double, 3 story Victorian. We are making the attic a master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet. I have some knowledge in kitchen and bath design, but very few skills in roofing and complicated ceiling lines. I am pretty sure the pitch is 12/12. The interior measurements of the 2 rooms we want to convert are 306" long x 110" wide. The outside wall is 49.5 inches tall and the connecting wall to the other side is 92" high. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong but I have walls that are too short and the roof isn't long enough. Please help!
