Usually when you click on an object then the dimension number it lets you edit it but it is not for me. Did I do something?

I am using Chief Architect Interiors X14 and was wondering if there was a way to change what the dimension number says? In the previous forum most users said to right click on the dimension and +ABC tool then suppress the text. I do not see that on my version. Is there a way to do that? I am trying to try this plan but some of the dimensions on chief architect are off according to the measurements I need to reflect.
