ISO CA expertise to design floor plan renovations to 1927 bungalow in WA state
1 story 1024 sqft 2bd/1ba home, on a steep slope similar to this example, with a basement and an attic.
Part1:
+ adding windows & exterior french door walk-out entrance, patio, & porch roof to the basement level.
+ adding a separate entrance exterior staircase up to the 1.5 level to a staircase landing and up to the attic.
+ looking for a floor plan diagram & document similar to this example.
* able to share as-is house layout & existing lot sitemap pdf
* able to share digitally sketched diagrams of new desired additions & detailed measurements
* need it all incorporated into a more official plan document
Part2:
+ basement level ~650 sqft floor plan designs including 3/4 bathroom, bedroom, office, & kitchenette
+ attic level ~350 sqft floor plan designs including 3/4 bathroom, bedroom, & wetbar
* able to share digitally sketched diagrams of new desired spaces & detailed measurements
