Ya that kind of works on the inside do you think just adding a second floor for the area with the high ceiling would fix that problem?

I always struggle making these look right in 3d. The walls on the inside of the house aren't showing up correctly and also having some wall intersection issues. Im attaching photos since I done exactly know how to describe it and also the file. Linette Brooks.zip

That’s kind of what I’m asking. I was hoping I could get the program to do this automatically with a concrete wall so I could control brick ledge height but it looks like I may need to create special wall types for this situation.

Is there a way to dimension from the stem wall and not the brick ledge on a foundation? The way I have gotten around this up till now is just having the foundation build to stud. I would like to still show brick ledge if I can that way the cross section and interior foundation measurements are correct but I just don’t want to dimension to it.

Hey guys, does anyone know a good way to get this flared wall effect. I tried using a pass-through that I would hide but it wont go pasted the end of the wall. I also tried just using a 3d solid but that looks sloppy in the elevation when you attach it to the wall.
