You can now (Chief Architect X14) directly export to Tab Delimited (TXT), Comma Delimited (CSV), or Spreadsheet (XML) file by right-clicking on the schedule and selecting Export Text... Unfortunately, as the option suggests (as does the manual copy and paste method), you only get the text, no 3D Elevation, 2D Symbol, or any other graphical data you might have in your schedule.
