If you have the doors and windows in your model you could create Wall Elevations then use "Cad Detail from View" command to create elevation views of all your objects that you would then be able to dimension and add notes to.

I use Chief Architect X6 on my surface pro and a Disto D330i to do as is floor plans. The Disto transfer software will input dimensions directly into the Chief dimension dialog box. I looked at room planner and even it did work on a PC I feel it is just to simple to use to do a full field measured house plan.
Bathroom Window?
in General Q & A

You are correct whenever I have a layout like this, I will make the bathroom 5'6"-6' Wide, Steal a few inches from the adjacent rooms. But your question was about a window over a tub, Yes you can do it but I prefer not to, I was just offering an alternative.
I work from home and often I will get fixated on solving a problem a certain way, sometimes I need to step away from a project for awhile or I need a little push from an outside source to help me rethink my approach.
Cheers
