Problem statement: unable to open view to toggle tool bars to display because the view button is not visible in the program. I would like to purchase a pre-subscription copy of chief architect or get help fixing x3 copy. I am semi-retired, cancer survivor, trying to help a friend whose house burned down, get plans for new home. The problem I am having is that the tool bars will not open. It is also not saving back ups.
