    As a follow up, I do want to say that Chief is the easiest company I have dealt with on getting a refund. Hopefully all this rental nonsense works out for them and anyone that's a customer. And none of that changes the fact that it's still the best product at what it does.

    Good thing I'm still within the 30 day money back period. Will be getting a refund tomorrow.
