Hi, I am using chief architect with 3900x 64gb 3090ti 1tb ssd machine.
And when I enable physically based rendering, the image have snow/blur when I move, I didn't see people have same image. So wondering if this is expected or I did wrong setting for this.

What I did:
The gpu is brand new from amazon (less than a month use), works without issue in games or other places.
Tried different nvidia driver version (diferent version number, game ready driver/studio driver)
