Thank you for the response. Here are the rendering technique options and active view.

Not sure what is causing this because I haven't had this issue until today but when I am looking outside through a window it is very pixelated. As soon as I step through the window the trees and visual lines don't look pixelated. If anyone has come across this I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.
