Why Choose Us?
Jeengi Design Group is a growing interdisciplinary interior design + management studio with promising career opportunities for talented people. We provide boutique, high touch point, full-service design and execution services for renovations, remodels, and new build construction, both in residential and commercial spaces. Jeengi Design Group was born from the duality of experience in interior design and full project management services of its owner and design manager, Gabriella Milgrom. This is what sets Jeengi apart--- we not only design beautiful and functional spaces, but we handle the full project and construction management for our clients including drawings, budget development, timeline coordination, on-site review and management, and supplier and construction team coordination. At Jeengi we wear both hats of interior designer and project manager to help our clients get the most value, impact, and benefit from our experience and knowledge to build the homes and workspaces of their dreams.
At Jeengi, we foster friendly, flexible working environments where employees can thrive in a collaborative and autonomous working relationship. While project deadlines and task lists hold priority, you are the master of your schedule, and once onboarded the master of project specifics-- meaning Gabriella is not here to micro-manage your work, but here to empower you to ask questions on what you don't know, seek new information, spark those creative juices and encourage your growth, creativity, individuality as a designer, and experience/ validity of someone who understands the difference between a pretty picture and the reality of construction sites and construction requirements.
Our company culture is everything and believe that to execute the best projects possible, you need to have the best relationships possible! We have monthly Starbucks coffee pow-wows and staff meetings and social outings to keep our team unified in this crazy hybrid work world we find ourselves in. We love to work hard and have fun in return!
