  1. Yes sir. Just picked it up on 3D warehouse. https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=u01d38013-8770-4c6e-8a79-b45db49f1612
  2. I missed that small detail. Thanks. Attempt at putting a house onto a photo of the lot.

    Oval Room

Is there a way to create an oval room? Creating a series of curved wall segments is not working for me because there a lot of windows needed in this oval room. If not is there a way to control the limited distance from a door and window jamb to the end of a wall segment? Currently I can move a door/window no closer than about 3.5" to the end of a wall segment. If this can be changed to 0" perhaps the oval room can be created with curved segments. Thanks.
  5. Rendered with Chief and edited in PS.
  6. Restaurant was rendered with Corona which I like for its quick setup time. Below was rendered with Modo which I am slowly trying to switch over to.
  7. This was just an exercise. This was originally done in Revit and I was curious how it would turn out in Chief. All textures are Chief's except signs and background. Still need to import my commercial kitchen libraries.
  8. I like the hand drawings in the background. I would not of thought of that. The white vignetting is nice too.
  9. Townhomes I just rendered in chief.
  10. Trying out new software. Anyone else use/try Modo? This took 4 minutes to render. Black section is just as-built that I didn't detail out fyi.
  11. Looks like something from a Wes Anderson movie. I like it.
  12. More from Corona and photoshop. Trying to copy the bloom effect I've seen on some render forums.
  13. Bath test render. Got some decent bull-nosed corners with the rounded corner control in Corona materials.
  14. Sure. It really depends on the scene and lighting. For some interior scenes I bring the "Max sample intensity" down anywhere from 1.0 - 5.0. I get a low noise image in 2-3 minutes on my i5core laptop. For exterior scenes I have tried switching over to the bucket renderer and have gotten impressive results. I'll post examples and settings soon.
  15. Okay, back to Corona. Stopped both renders at the 2 minute mark.
  16. Nice materials, lighting and render time Chiefer.
  17. Back to vray. And some ps editing.
  18. Very nice. I will check that out. I downloaded Corona Renderer over the weekend and have been getting some nice results. Nothing in the 59 SECOND RANGE..., but not bad for a free 3ds plug-in. Did a test with the south hampton kitchen and doesn't look bad. Haven't given up on vray yet. Although it does make me want to punt my computer some days.
  19. Grass is VrayFur with a grass map. Actually renders very fast. Was about 9:40 render time altogether.
  20. Standing seam metal roof turned out good.
