The model would need to be created from exterior pictures, google earth and a Matterport. X-14 preferred. 

Accuracy is very important. The Matterport should be sufficient for the interior portions but the model will also need reflect correct roof pitch, framing, fixtures, cabinets, etc.

We can do that and more. In addition to a combined 35+ years of using Chief, we have mastered 360 virtual tours inhouse. Think Matterport but on structures/additions not yet built.

Thank-you for your interest. Initially I need a layout page with my logo etc set up as I have not had the opportunity to do so as well as as a drawing to include elevations with detailed information for a residential appliance wall in a kitchen as well as a 3D view and possibly a rendering with naturally a sensitive timeline. Additionally there is a laundry room that has been started that I would like to see more detailed before we go into production.

I went from 3080ti to 4090.  Been using it Chief Architect and Twinmotion this week and it was worth the upgrade....

Just got my new pc setup and the rtx 4090 is a beast.  Was using a laptop with the 3080ti and the 4090 puts it to shame.
