    room labels

    my room labels in all rooms has 2 different sq. ft. numbers, one correct and the other a little larger, like 750 sf and 769 sf. Thought maybe it was difference between a measurement to drywall and then to stud, but it isn't that. Ideas?

    Is there a place (library) to get standard detail drawings of footings with holdowns, wall sections etc. instead of creating them from scratch?

    For my personal residential project. 30 x 32 with RV garage attached on one side. I have project summary, plot plan, floor plan, and foundation plan completed with a few cleanups to finish. Need help getting everything on layouts to submit such as schedules, details, elevations, callouts, etc. I'm struggling with this. Not enough hours in the day. Hoping all is 2018 IRC to avoid 4 months for a structural engineer. Thanks Gary
