Hi the state of Tennessee has free Lidar data for the whole state and looks like you can select and export elevation data and contours and then inport them into Chief. I would like to also overlay the Plot maps for parcel boundary lines and make sure they line up properly but not sure where to get the plot map data. Has anyone done this before? Any suggestions on how to do it? Hi I have a house and garage plan that I need drawings for and have questions about features and pricing. Details & Questions: 1. I have a matter port file to view house as VR walk through or doll house mode. Can obtain general dimensions with measure tool. This is a starting point I want to make roof and interior changes. 2. Garage has basic plan idea that exists but I want to make modifications. Add 3rd garage, add walls, convert balcony... 3. I was considering getting started with Home Designer Pro to do the basic drawing myself and then send to you for the advanced features. Can you do that? 4. Will my Home Designer Pro files work in your Professional version to make edits? 5. If Yes can you save the file off to me in Home Designer Pro so I can view and edit? 6.Cost, depending on cost I may have you draw from the start and then send to me. Would I then be able to make minor edits (move walls ) in Home Designer Pro on my end? 7. Can you import geographical data and lot line info to move and situate house on land? land is on a hill and needs to be built above a certain elevation. 8. links to matterport house included to give idea of what needs drawn.
