Another option would be to switch to glass house view in elevation.

Thanks, Chris! That did the trick, although now still the issue with interior drywall. UPDATE: Problem solved.

Attaching a screenshot of the additional row of exterior siding.

Can anyone help me figure out why my exterior walls have an extra row of siding, but not all of them - seems to happen when I turn corners? CNV_230424_ChiefTalk_2ndFloor_Proposed1ndFloor2_SHE.plan

Dermot, Thank you! Article was helpful and I now have two schedules with the correct cabinets in each one!
-
Ok, thank you - I see the pre-set categories for room types, although I'd like to take cabinet C60 that is in the kitchen and remove from the kitchen schedule and place it in the dining room schedule that I have created. It's a different material from the kitchen and so It's on a different order and numbered according to the Dining Room schedule, not the kitchen schedule. The drop-down menu only allows me to select the room that the cabinet is placed in, so therefore it is going into the kitchen schedule. Am I making any sense?

Is it possible to select two rooms for one schedule? I understand I can select the whole floor, but can I choose two rooms?

I'm one of the other two Mac's in Susan's office as I am having similar issues with black boxes showing up on my PDF elevations. Currently, it has resolved itself, yet it's very unstable and continues to crash during other instances, i.e. creating camera views.
