I like the board and batten material, but not the wood grain texture it comes with. is there a way to make it smooth, edit the option or find something new? What I'm looking for:

For example, I'm looking for a specific cabinet door style (attached) but can't find anything similar in the existing Library, so I'd like to be able to adjust the rails and styles on simple Shaker cabinet panle if possible.. I'm on X14. If I can't edit and existing object, how do I create one from scratch?
