Thank you for the suggestions. I am new to the program so I will need to play with the different approaches. I would think a bathroom with tile wainscoting and painted wall would be common and in the program. Part of the object painter with area selection or something. Example in this picture of what I am attempting to show in design. M.

I would like to tile only half a wall with paint on the top half. I cannot find the tool, or know how to use a tool, to make this happen. Can someone point me in the right direction?
