Recently purchased a new home, I’m looking to build a 1bed (maybe 2), 1bath Pool house ADU (about 750 sq ft), Pool and Landscaping.
I'm not looking for the ADU interior plans yet, but a conceptional design for the entire back yard and front with location of ADU and pool / spa. I've purchased and did my best to model the home and property in Home Designer Architectural maybe that'll be useful (file in onedrive path below), however I can't model quickly and am not that creative. I measured our the permitter and house based on what the builder gave me.
I want to hire someone to give me a layout, visual ideas, designs, etc. I would like the file so I can view and play with it in HDA. Then I will review and with a green light from family and move forward with "proper build" request.
