  1. I have been operating on x14. Yesterday I finally upgraded to x15 but have files I still need to operate in x14 until my coworkers upgrade. I logged in to work on them and all of my libraries including the core ones have disappeared. When I do "library" - "Install Core Content". It says they are up to date but nothing shows up in my library. When I attempt to import "user catalog" from my files I get the following message "The library "/var/folders/y7/r35qpkxx7ts27x6bkm49q5fc0000gn/T/ChiefTemp_1/User_Library.calib" has an invalid version number and cannot be read. Changes made to the library will not be saved during this session."

Any advice on how I fix this?

Yup you are on interiors then.  BTW this type of information is very key to helping diagnose issues and is why as I am assuming Eric mentions in his private message it really helps save the ones who are trying to help time...

  3. I can not locate the "Join Roof Plane" edit tool. I am using x13 on a Mac and am having trouble getting some of my roof planes to join. My colleague shared the "Join roof plane" button, but I can't seem to pull it up. Was it removed or not a provided tool for the Mac platform?

    Thank you so much!

  4. I have been trying to create more photorealistic renderings with Chief as I don't have the current budget for additional software.

I have been playing with the CPU Ray Trace option and keep coming up with grainy images that seem darker than I'd like.

I have played with the lighting and sunlight and I've pushed the resolution higher and higher every time I try with no luck.

If adjust the contrast of the image it makes it a little brighter, but it still is lacking.

The first image went for 60 passes, the next one was 40 and the 3rd was 50 passes.

I would love some insight and recommendations on fixing the grainy look as well as just creating more realistic images!

    Thank you!
