    Foundation level lights on first level subfloor

    I am using version X12 and I've tried everything I can to reset the finished ceiling height for the rooms on my foundation level with no luck.  Here is a screen shot of the issue I'm having, notice all of my foundation lights are on the first floor sub-floor, but the first floor lights are correctly on the finished ceiling.

    The elevations and settings are correct in the defaults

    but in every room in the basement it measures the stem wall from the bottom of the 1st floor trusses, as seen below:

    I made sure all foundation walls have the same "Hang Floor Platform above on wall" checked

    It's been driving me nuts, I've reset the whole plan's heights to defaults, rebuilt the foundation (then clicked undo when the ceiling lights didn't move), removed and re-added from the library new light fixtures and no change.  If I change the off-set from the ceiling they will move down but I wanted to fix/understand the error so it didn't cause other measurements to be off.
