    Hey guys first time post but thought I'd share what I found to fix this!!!! After dealing with it for 3 projects the solution was so simple.. Click on the object, open the "Library Symbol for Editing" chair icon at the bottom, then look for the "Origin Offset". I set all of these to 0" and problem solved!!! Will not offset between plan and 3D Model.
