Thanks Glenn. Is there a video out there somewhere that best demonstrates using terrain breaks? thanks for your help!

Please help! I have a walkout basement on a corner portion of my building. The house sits on the top of a hill. I have created contours based on the actual grading plan. For the life of me, i can not seam to figure out how to flatten the terrain at the walkout portion of the basement only. I have tried elevation regions, retaining walls, terrain breaks, lowered regions, etc. Nothing seems to give me a smooth and accurate flat walkout area. Any ideas or assistance? thanks!!
