Hi David, Thank you for your post. I'd rather not post a full set of plans on a public forum. Is there an email that we can send it to. To answer your question the county we built in is still using 2012 IRC although we would prefer any plans drawn to reflect 2018 IRC. Our plans typically include a footer plan, floor plan, roof plan, and elevations. An electric plan would be a bonus. Thanks, Steve
