I am trying to download catalogs from the 3D library. They will download, but then an error message pops up and says I cannot download it to my library.

I am trying to create a stoop for a house plan, but i want my stoop to show foundation walls on the foundation level. How do I get my stoop to show up in my foundation level? This covered stoop is located in the front of the home for the front entry. I am using version X11
