I have been in contact with the original designer on what options would be acceptable and they are willing to work with me on it. No one is trying to steal anything.

Just to clarify, I'm the homeowner, going to be the general contractor in part.

I’m looking to hire a chief architect professional to modify the stone creek sample plan to for the needs of my new home build. can someone give me some direction an where to go doe this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
