How do you set the height of the shelf and the wall framing height to match

Im new with Chief (X-10)and have a question. How do you change the ceiling height of a water closet to a different height than the main bath for it to show correctly in the camera view? See the attached photo of the actual bath and my plan screen print. FYI. I have changed the ceiling heights to 9' in the water closet and 12' in the main bath area but it does not show the dropped ceiling as in the photo. Thanks for your help. Again I am using X-10
