I already have an estimate from a custom builder, its within budget

Hi I have designed a custom home and would like to hire an architect to polish it so that it can be turned over to a builder. I did it using Home Designer Pro 19. Tell me about your qualifications, cost and in an effort to determine who's right for me give me your constructive feedback on the design and recommendations you think should be done to it. P.S. This is a retirement home, so no kids nor do I care about resale. I say this so you don't try and change it for a broader appeal to others.
