I'm struggling to understand how to create a bonus room over a garage attached to a two story home. I read the chief article on bonus room trusses, but If I check the ignore top (2nd) floor, it obviously ignores the entire upstairs. Do I need to do the ignore 2nd floor and then manually adjust the rest of the house? Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated!
