Hi, I'm Ishita — a Chief Architect drafter with 10+ years of experience turning ideas into buildable residential designs. My specialty is new-build residential design, where I take a project from initial floor plans all the way through to fully detailed, construction-ready documentation.

I bring a practical, hands-on understanding of construction and building methods to every set of drawings I produce — so what I draft isn't just accurate, it's buildable. Alongside Chief Architect, I use D5 and Lumion to create photorealistic 3D renders that help clients and contractors visualize a space long before ground is broken.

Whether it's a new-build home, a remodel, an as-built recreation, or a kitchen and bath layout, I focus on clean, organized drawings and clear communication throughout the process. I'm reliable with deadlines, responsive to revisions, and comfortable working independently or as part of a larger design team — always with the goal of getting each client's vision right.
